1. Agreement
By accessing or using Quidory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Al Yakhour LLC.
2. Services
Quidory provides AI-powered automation agents delivered via Telegram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to the plan you select.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use our services for any unlawful purpose. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use our services for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our agents without authorization
Abuse or overload our infrastructure
Use our services to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
5. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in USD.
6. Intellectual property
All Quidory software, agents, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Al Yakhour LLC. White-label arrangements grant usage rights only — ownership is not transferred.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated content will be error-free. AI outputs should not be construed as financial, medical, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
Al Yakhour LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.

Refund Policy

1. General policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Quidory subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
The request must be your first refund request
Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
3. Renewal charges
Refunds are not available for subscription renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@quidory.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of extended service outages or exceptional circumstances.
